It seems to me that we agreed on a cut-off date for comments that V1 was going to consider and we have indeed submitted our position. While I acknowledge that I said we could continue to process comments, I am not sure that was the correct position. I think my current quandary is that V1 positions are based on comments submitted by its members, with dates that are announced well in advance. And in order for there to be any regularity and fairness to the process, everyone has to have the same dates for comments for consideration by V1. Granted, there could be extraordinary circumstances, but none have been suggested here and I don't want to prejudge what would qualify for such a circumstance.
