Who owns the material in the BMC Archive?

How do I play the audio files?

Audio files are presented in two formats: as compressed mp3 files and as m3u (playlist) files. Many browsers and music players will stream m3u files, i.e., the files will being playing almost immediately. Try clicking the m3u file first; most browsers will play one or the other.

Who maintains the BMC Archive?

The Brevard Music Center Archive is maintained by BMC staff and volunteers. They may be reached through the contact page on the primary BMC site.

Why is the BMC Archive located at ibiblio.org rather than on the Brevard Music Center web site?

ibiblio.org is based in our own state of North Carolina and is kind enough to give us space on their servers. ibiblio.org is home to many sort of digital archives, so locating the BMC Archive there seems natural and appropriate.
