A step outline is much more helpful to you than a paradigm chart from this point on because the chart only records the transitional plot points. Some tree people who have not yet written a step outline like to pause and do one now, before beginning Act Two. If you feel lost, this may work for you, so do it.
Remember not to lose focus on the hero. Here you may begin writing more scenes without the hero in them, as you let us see more of the antagonist or introduce subplots, but never forget that the story belongs to your main character.
Drifting focus is a problem that almost always can be traced to Act Two, where the confusion begins.
