Planetary Convergences John Nance Becket A1 Long Lines Ladies chain on the left diagonal A2 Hey for four (ladies lead) B1 Star left 3/4 Orbit B2 Partner gypsy and swing At the end of the hey the star will begin before the men turn around to face in. At the end of the star left 3/4 turn away from the star to find your partner and his/her neighbor. The orbit is as follows: men allemande left 1-1/2 while the ladies move to the other side in the clockwise direction. It's not great that the star and allemande are with the same hand for the men, but the rest of the dance is better for it. If you are in, but there is no one to chain on the left to, don't try to chain, just pick it up with the hey. If you are out at the end with your partner, do not try to do the long lines; just stand ready for the ladies to chain in on the left. If you are out at the end with your neighbor (after the diagonal chain), stand improper reversed (the lady on the gents' left) ready to orbit.
