Additional Information
If he stays in the draft, then he's in the second round and probably deep in round two. He didn't shoot well and was injured but missed a chance to become a standout shooting guard in a draft devoid of the position.
Andy Katz - ESPN.com (June 11th)

Sophomore guard Keith Bogans has decided to return to Kentucky for his junior season.
ESPN.com (June 19th)

Bogans wasn't consistently poor, but he was inconsistent enough to be advised to return to the Wildcats. He is wise enough to recognize he doesn't have NBA 3-point range at this point and rarely let one go. He needs to recognize he doesn't yet have an NBA game. He needs continued maturity.

Strengths:Very athletic can explode to the basket and dunk with authority .... Can finish in a number of ways reverse lay-ups , switching hands, and dunks whatever it takes to make the basket ... Good ball handler can dribble the ball for extended periods of time and even act like a second point guard as he can make very good passes into the post ... Intelligent player makes very good decisions on the court ... NBA ready body strong enough and has good enough body control to take a hit in the lane and finish a play .... Has 3-point range on his jumpshot .... Good rebounder due to his leaping ability .... Will excel in an open court style of play like the Sacramento Kings play .... Is on of those players that when he gets hot he can unload score in a hurry .....

Weakness: Must continue to get himself in better shape has at times looked winded on the court .... Inconsistent with his jumper has problems with his confidence as it has a tendency to wavier when his shot isn't failing .... Should concentrate on getting himself to be a better team player often he tried to take the game over all by himself if Tayshaun Prince's shot wasn't falling ... Has a slow setup on his jumpshot as it goes from his waist to over his head ... Mechanics on his jumpshot should be seriously tweaked a bit .... Looks as though he might be a step slow in the NBA as his foot-speed is not the best .......Height although he is listed at 6-5 he looks to me as though he could be 6-4 so one has to wonder how will he play in a league that has mostly bigger shooting guards ....
