Carol,

I believe some of that information and the sources of more are referenced in
"Fertile Soil" by Robert Parnes.  It's not a soil science text but is a must
for good organic soil stewards.  

One of the problems with assessing micronutrients in organic amendments is
that those nutrients will vary based on the diet and growing conditions of
the source.  Any published data will therefore be only an average of samples
tested which probably aren't many because of the economics involved.  But
then, you already knew that ;-)
