There are certainly several folks here who are good arrangers, mostly self-taught. Please, feel free to ask questions and to get a discussion going. --- Joe M. ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 5 Mar 1992 01:08:38 CST From: "Jonathon Simon" Subject: Is there a drummer discussion/news list on the net? I know there's the EMUSIC, SYNTH, and BASS discussion groups on BITNET/Internet, but has anyone out there heard of a DRUMMING discussion group? ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 5 Mar 1992 13:38:00 EDT From: CSHEW@SNYESCVA.BITNET Subject: RE: Is there a drummer discussion/news list on the net? I haven't seen a discussion group on drumming but if someone wants to start one I would most certainly participate in the group. I'm new to the NET so I hesitate to start the group myself, but if nobody else wants to do it, I might try to take a crack at it if enough people are interested. Therefore, I'm not a good candidate for starting a drumming discussion group. If we can put one together somewhere on BITNET then count me in for whatever help I can give in organizing the group. I don't think that my node is set up to tackle something like this (the Empire State College VAX in Albany NY) so we'd need to find a server that can handle it and someone who is on site to help us put it together. Any ideas?? Charlie Shew "CSHEW@SNYESCVA.BITNET" ------------------------------ End of the EMUSIC-L Digest ******************************
