Interviews

A Laurie Anderson interview from 1984 (original files available from archive.org. Detailed information on the structure and methods used for several pieces: Excellent Birds and Sharkey's Day from Sharkey's Day, and O Superman (and various bizarre cover versions thereof) from Big Science. She also talks about (and plays recordings of) a number of failures, including an orchestral version of "It's Cold Outside".

A Brian Eno Interview from 1980; he discusses "phonetic poetry" and his work at the time; the Oblique Strategies, process vs. product, looping, Steve Reich, the studio as a compositional tool, and collaboration with David Byrne. He also listens to and comments on Elvis, The Supremes, Jimi Hendrix, and others.

Music from the members

I've referenced these artists in a "Crossing the Horizon" post.
