documented by the MPI Forum in the spring 1997 release of
MPI: A Message Passing Interface Standard.
DESCRIPTION
The MPI_Attr_delete routine deletes an attribute value
associated with a key. This routine accepts the following
parameters:
comm Specifies the communicator to which the
attribute is attached (handle)
keyval Specifies the key value of the deleted attribute
(integer)

ierror Specifies the return code value for successful
