MPI_Barrier - Blocks until all processes have reached the
       routine at which the barrier is placed

SYNOPSIS

       C:

            #include <mpi.h>

            int MPI_Barrier ( comm )
            MPI_Comm comm;

       C++:

            #include <mpi.h>

            void Intracomm::Barrier() const

       Fortran:

            INCLUDE "mpif.h" (or USE MPI)

            INTEGER comm, ierror

            CALL MPI_BARRIER(comm, ierror)

STANDARDS

       This release implements the MPI 1.2 standard, as
       documented by the MPI Forum in the spring 1997 release of
       MPI: A Message Passing Interface Standard.

DESCRIPTION

       The MPI_Barrier routine blocks until all processes have
       reached the routine at which the barrier is placed. It
       blocks the caller until all group members have called it;
       the call returns at any process only after all group
       members have entered the call. This routine accepts the
       following parameter:

       comm      Specfies the communicator (handle)

       ierror Specifies the return code value for successful
                 completion, which is in MPI_SUCCESS.
                 MPI_SUCCESS is defined in the mpif.h file.
