I was at the Greensboro show... I was one of the dorks dressed up like
Gene Simmons..(actually..Dr.Love) but I did NOT get my mug sprayed at one
of the lame makeup booths! How milktoast can you GET?? That made me
realize that this whole Kiss thing was definitely too liked by people I
despise. Looking around at all the trash in that arena made me barf
(blood...on a security officer...OOOPS! Luckily, he didn't even
acknowledge me..)

The little girl in the front was not part of the act. There are folks who
work the floor before the show handing out front row tix to people who
dressed up, girls with big boobs, etc. Five girls that I know were lucky
enough to get picked for the front row just before the first band (?)
played...

I thought the show was great. Big rock shows don't interest me as much
anymore, but it did bring back great memories of the 1978 tour that my
sister took me to when I was a wee-lad. I snuck up to the side stage seats
for about 5 songs and got to make faces at Mr. Simmons for awhile. Being
10 feet away from Gene Simmons while being dressed up like a freak (both
of us) was a lifetime goal.

The freak show in the audience was equally entertaining. White Trash has
never been so fucking hilarious.

I got my $40 bucks worth.
