brightening up the corners
thought i'd share this with you all to break through all the arguments and
conflicts that have been going on.
at work tonight (elmo's) i had to make a milkshake for this little girl
and her sister. the girl was about 9 i guess and her sister around 6.
about 15 minutes after i served it to her, she ran up to me across the
restaraunt and asked "Did you make my milkshake?" and i said yes and she
said "That was the best milkshake I ever had!" and proceeded to give me a
big hug. even though it was a small gesture, it made me think about how
cool kids are. they have no reservations, they're honest, and they're
straight forward. no games--if they have something to say, they say
it. too bad they have to grow
up and lose all that. i bet she wouldn't be
afraid to give frank a hug.
