I came up 15 cents short at Best Buy once and the cashier let me pass.  The 
price was around $75.15 and I only had $75.00, so, I don't know.  Kindness is 
not limited to mom&pop's, but I admit it's more frequent there.  I used to 
rigorously avoid buying music at retail chains.  Now, I just buy music where I 
find it.  I am convinced that retail merchandising is inheriently bad, so it 
doesn't really matter if you buy it at Joe's Jiffy Joint, Best Buy or a 
bootlegged 8-Track at StopNShop.  I do avoid Blockbuster because of their very 
questionable employee policies.
