The same did not hold true for Guv'ner or Catpower. This is interesting,
sociologically.

They were better the last time they were here (when they played twice in
two days in town). They concentrated a lot more on hookiness, less on
rock. I still like a third of each of their records.

Cat Power were sleepy. Definitely more of a live than a recorded band.

I'm starting the Quaaludes for Igou Fund.

Has anyone else gotten a dozen blank (save for the "From:" header) email
"messages" from xxx-1@mail.bbbiiizzz.com?

My top five:

1. Willie Nelson "Red Headed Stranger"
2. Willie Nelson "Red Headed Stranger"
3. Willie Nelson "Red Headed Stranger"
4. Willie Nelson "Red Headed Stranger"
5. Willie Nelson "Red Headed Stranger"

I dare any and everyone to come up with a substantially better list.

I got to pet a pig named Porkchop at the State Fair. There are a lot of
Dole-Kemp stickers there. That's where people should have been putting up
fliers.
