Apparently, reclusive registrar Erik Ose was recently on an MTV "Choose
or Lose" spot with none other than reclusive rocker Eddie Vedder.
Apparently, the marble-mouthed megastar gave Erik a big sloppy hug of
affection, citing his tireless voter registration efforts as proof that
Generation X is not cynical.
Whatever. (Get it? Faux-cynicism?)
Anyway, I'm happy to see that another Helms election has brought Mr. Ose
back out of retirement to do battle with the forces of apathy. Rock the
vote, brotherman.
Re-registered to vote by Erik Ose, September 1992,
Kevin Kruse
"Hi, I'm Erik, with a K"
"Hi, I'm Kevin. Um. Also with a K."
