1. Flying Officer Rosewarne was a Bomber Command pilot, but was employed on Coastal Command duties, flying Wellingtons, at the time of his death. He was reported missing on 30th May 1940, but his body was subsequently washed ashore near Ostend and buried in Furnes cemetery.
