Neither Rhizopus (a bread mold) nor Penicillium (another bread mold) is a 
bacterium.  Molds require different culture conditions that bacteria, and you 
cannot investigate toothpaste's effects on bacteria by experimenting with 
molds.  

Why not culture some of whatever is growing in your mouth and test toothpaste 
on that?  That might be more relevant to your study.
