I really would like for you to visit the western half of the North American

Two comments on the above:
1. In a recent airing of the _Oregon Trail_ by PBS a statement was made that
central Oregon (elevation 3000' and above, mean temperture range greater than
-5 to 30C) is considered the "richest wheat producing area in North America".
And don't tell me I'm wrong! I spent last year in Bend, Oregon!
2. The above totally belies the agricultural accomplishments of such places as
Findhorne.
