So it's okay for Nevadans to offer up their state for underground
nuclear testing, releasing oodles of radioactive junk into an unprotected
pit in the ground, but not okay for them to carefully install
highy shielded and protected by-products from eletric power generation?

I just don't get it.

Risks that are smaller than the ones they take by stepping out their
front door every morning.
