Life
Johannes Frederich Leinbach came to America with his parents in 1723. On June 2, 1739, he married Elizabeth Amelia Frey. He was a tailor. Johannes Frederich and his family moved from the Oley Valley of Pennsylvania to the English-speaking Moravian settlement at Graceham, Maryland in April 1767.

Death
Died on July 6, 1784 and was buried in the cemetery at the Graceham Moravian Church.
