Re: [nafex] pluot, quince



Hi,

I have a single quince that I intend to grow into a tree form.  I am not sure of
the variety, but it was only an 8" rooted plant when I put it in, and it likes its
new home, sending out (growing well over 2 feet) numerous suckers and branching at
the ground level.

My plan was to wait for them to go dormant, pruning to a central leader, and try to
root the cuttings this fall/winter.

If I can be of help to you let me know, though it is hardly worth your while volume
wise.
