elderberry
Robert---------elderberry, like alot of other "tasteless" fruit may
come to "fruition" when cooked. I know the annual Huckaberry is like
juck cardboard, yet when cooked up makes the best ice-cream topping
arround. I have made wine with elderberries and no big deal, have
sweetenrd the cooked juice and not too bad.
