I'm considering ordering these varieties and would like some input about them...

Catherina    A pretty good variety, early fairly susceptible to Mildew

Hinnonmaki Red  Good, resistant, a good "cooker"

Jahn's Prarie  Very resistant, a bit of a shy bearer, very good flavor, late

Jonkeer Van Tets   A good early red currant

Jostaberry    In my opinion, not worth planting, varible yields, not as good as black currant or gooseberry

How are these varieties?  Are any of them not worth planting?

I would add Invicta Gooseberry, it is a very high yielding berry and has very good resistance to mildew. The berries are large and very tasty
