Several years ago we received a flyer from a nursery company offering the
Maxim plants you are wondering about.
Here in Southwest CT zone 5 we have trouble getting good size berries without
huge losses to rot etc....
We bought these and put them in raised beds and get truly amazing berries of
good quality. They send out plenty of shoots for new plants if that is good
for you.
We don't spray berries and the slugs and birds to big dammage, but the ones
we do get are good.
