Many people use seaweed in their composts.
You can also put it in your garden soil but the compost pile is a
better choice. Some folks rinse it
first because of the salt content, but they say it
really isn’t necessary. In State, with a shellfish license, you’re
allowed to collect up to 10 pounds of seaweed. Known for its many trace elements,
