Along that same vein, I found a backpack sprayer that is alittle better as =
it holds more liquid but it has what's called a piston pump.....I think the=
 piston just creates the pressure and doesn't come in contact with the micr=
obes. Can anyone confirm this?

Also, "the orifice has to be big enough to let them through"...how can I qu=
alify this????I asked at the irrigation shop and they didnt even know what =
a micrometer was....let alone how big the orifice is at the end of the emit=
ter.....
