NICE! Good for you, I am envious
As a friend of mine says, you can't do it wrong you can only do it better,
experiment and have fun
In almost every cases you are trying to select for the aerobic
microorganisms so the more air the better
I have to tell you though, the first batch of CT that I made and put in
molasses, fish, humates and a couple more things, it was very good at
killing off all of my Hostas.
Just use the vermicompost

Subject: [compost_tea] pump recommendations
Hi Everyone,
I am new to this list and need a little help getting started. I am
wondering if some of you have made your own 5 gallon brewing systems and, if
you are satisfied, what kind of pump you are using. I've noticed some
controversy over using air stones or not. Or are folks happier with
purchased systems?
I work on a 1/4 acre farm and have a small home orchard. My worms have made
enough compost that I'm just about ready to make my first tea, if I can
figure out which way to go.
Much appreciation for helping me out,
Linda Ugelow
