Here are some of the posted ingredients in Biovam.

Endomycorrhizae (approx. 40 - 100 spores per c.c.)

Ectomycorrhizae (approx. 100 - 500 spores per c.c.)

•Athrobacter Globiformis, Azotobacter Chrococcum, Azotobacter Vinelandii,=
Bacillius Subtillis, Pseudomonas Alcaligenes, Pseudomonas Fluorescens, Pse=
udomonas Pseudoalcaligenes, and Pseudomonas Putida. Estimated minimum viab=
le cells per cc: 20,000.

•Trichoderma Harzianum and Trichoderma Koningii, estimated minimum cells =
per cc: 10,000.

For the fungal hyphae it is very possible you are seeing Trichoderma specie=
s which are not (typically) mycorrhizal and are exceedingly easy to sprout =
and grow out. There are studies which show that trichoderma species can hav=
e inhibitory effects on infection of roots by endomycorrhizal fungi. To be =
fair there are studies which support that they do not.

In my opinion you are better off to use Trichoderma species alone, rather t=
han in combination with endomycorrhizal spores.

Since there are bacterial spores, it is no surprise to see increased bacter=
ial numbers.
