Hmmm....I don't have access to the Dr. Inghams Brewing Manual anymore
(I switched jobs), but I THINK it was something like a TB per 50
gallons. You can probably search the archives on here or check the
manual.
I'm sure it's not great for biology, but that's what the scope is for.
