On first appearance it looks like the 30 & 50 gallon brewers I have made fo=
r myself and friends are over-designed but the extra valves at the drains a=
nd the way the air manifold can easily be removed allows for cleanup in les=
s than an hour. Have a look at the extensive photos of construction and let=
 me know if you have any questions. With the air manifold removed and the =
valves open I can see and swab every internal and external surface.

PS Yes I wish I could build these with a cone bottomed tank but I get the 3=
0 gallon containers given to me (they where previously put in a landfill). =
The parts cost in under $150 not including the pump.
