Tim sells microscopes that work very well for looking at ACT and are reason=
ably priced. Www.microbeorganics.com. Otherwise, I would post specs on here=
or try and get your hands on one to evaluate before buying. It's a bit lik=
e buying a used car and it's hard to compare microscopes without some knowl=
edge in this area.

Good luck!

what you mean by "adequate" but I would recommend http://www.microscope.com=
/ They have great customer service and and awesome support/tech service. T=
he microscope I bought is Omana OM2344-T with a 10mp camera. If that's more=
than you wanted, I know they could recommend something. There's also a 30 =
day return policy if you don't like the scope, which was better than anythi=
ng else I found.
