[compost_tea] vermi tea-EM
HI BK
I don't understand your last part of the question what I can add though is =
when starting a new bin or making the "first batch of compost for the worms=
" add some vermicast from established bin.
This is not a "have to" by any means, I find the worms acclimatize better w=
hen introduced to an environment they are accustomed to. I am a great belie=
ver in precomposting feed, I don't freeze or liquidise feed, just compost f=
or two weeks & offer up with a bit of lime added as my feed stock is predom=
inately rotten fruits, veg & grain sweepings.

Reading "microbeorganics" gives me the impression vermi tea is able=
to substitute entirely EM. Is that correct or do I still need EM for produ=
cing the first batch of compost for the worms?
