Thank you for the input, Tim. It always lets me see things clearer. My point is it might be best to start a pepper plantation by applying compost in adequate way and spray generously, may several times vermi tea over it before planting. According to your information the soil should not be disturbed any more, right? To add more fertilizer especially when we want to induce flowers we have still the choice to apply it over the leaves. The boron, by the way was really a good idea, but still can we apply it to on the leaves? There will be no vertical transport involved and the result should be visible very soon.
My idea was to use vermi tea as a base and add more PK to it. Tim's question whether this will be in water soluble form comes right to the point. While the fertilizer in the soil should be mostly in solid form for the slow release effect, I think the foliage fertilizer should be in soluble form.
