The benefits of a certifiable ACT would be that you would know the organism=
s are present and you're not just buying or spraying muddy water with no li=
fe in it. That would be the only benefit. It would certainly be=
possible to make good ACT with out "certified" tea, but this would allow p=
eople to buy and use a product with confidence that proper technology, cont=
rols, and testing were used.

lts than it makes perfect sense to create standards.
