The air stone was referring to the air dispersion device I intended to use.=
 Attached is a picture of my conventional 600 gallon brewer that uses a 5 H=
P Rotron ring blower that was controlled by a VFD.  The VFD was ramped=
 to maintain the DO level as measured by a 4-20 ma HATCH DO transmitter as =
we used in aquarium projects such as Sea Word.


The Attachment shows a 48" long element we intended to use in each of the 4=
 vertical risers.  I do realize that the oxygen is absorbed more from =
the surface of the vortex then the air stone. I am trying to calculate my C=
FM requirement to properly select an air pump.

we stopped using air stones... they clog up and require heavy maintenance..=
