You need to think through why you are applying the tea. In winter, you want
to apply IF the soil temps are high enough to allow the organisms to get into
the soil and get established before the soil freezes.
You can really speed decomposition processes, get soil tilth improved a lot,
hold your nutrients in the soil so they don't leach and thus reduce the need
for fertilizer by getting the organisms established.
