The brand of garlic presser that will resist extracting
leaf sap is Kitchen Aid. There should be others too.

 Hi Jose
              I broke that one too - we are in a dry climate and working on
wheat , barley etc, for difficult extraction of leaf and stem sap, we had to
go to the vice grips and even then if they are not built right they won't
work, I'm happy to provide a construction drawing to anyone that wants it
just send me a fax number off list.
The garlic press will work fine for any fruits and the softer more juicy
leaf tissues.
