Would a cattle water tank heater work for warming the water? These would be=
available from the local ag stores or ag catalogs.

I was thinking about using a tankless hot water heater although it would =
be expensive for me ($300 - $500). Might make more sense for those selling =
tea year-round. I need to replace a hot water heater for making calf milk r=
eplacer, so it might do it anyway.
This page has many of them listed in one place with their prices.

I agree with Lloyd, that if you can get the water warm, it will take awhi=
le for it too cool... hopefully longer than the brew cycle. Perhaps it woul=
d be good for the temps to change a little over the brew cycle so not only =
the microbes at the preset temp will be happy...???

What is the desired temperature range for tea?
