Elaine and all-this jogs my mind regarding a diffusing machine my
partner has access to. It will diffuse 10 micron air or oxygen bubbles
into water, they are using it now to superoxygenate bottled water, and
trying to break into the market for oxygenating hydroponic reservoirs.
We were trying to think of how this could augment the aeration in a tea
brewer, but will such a small bubble actually damage the organisms? The
machine does get up to 40 ppm DO readings, stable for a matter of weeks
(not bubbling back out like a carbonated beverage).
Hmmm, maybe not so good after all?--Glen
