That's without pumping air.

The compost must be very mature.

You stir every time you go by the container.

You can't make more than 50 gallons at a time, or if you do, you have to put
some paddles in the tea maker and do the motorized paddle wheel thing.

There are just an enormous number of versions of these kinds of tea set-ups.
Amount of water is what makes the difference - over a certain size, you have
to aerate in some fashion.

And you just don't get the organism numbers into the tea using these
"laid-back" methods. So, often, you don't get the effect on the plant's
surfaces.
