Dan,

I have to disagree. As a professional lobbyist in another life, I know that=
asking a Congressperson to write a letter inquiring on behalf of a constit=
uent is not going over the heads of the NOSB. If the NOSB does it job well=
, there is no need for them to be concerned.

Dan, they almost screwed us last time and the only way to make sure there =
is adequate public interest is to have congressional "oversight" by way of =
asking for reports and updates to specific members.

Yes, I thought about the ICTC. At the appropriate time they will be asked =
to help out if they are not already on it. (AH just became a member and we =
wil, ask for help!
Right now, we want to find out what is going on in a way that cannot later =
be denied. A letter from the ICTC to the NOB would not hurt. I will contact=
  OUR executive director about this.....

Anyhow, you are correct that we should ALSO try and make better contact our=
selves.

Does that make sense?

Cheers,

Jeff
