In the Compost Tea Brewing Manual in all
recipes you find the recommendations for
Black Strap Molasses as being half of the Dry
Molasses.
As far as I know the liquid molasses ( Black Strap molasses)
has half of the concentration of all nutrients of the dry
molasses. That information can be very easily confirmed.
Is there any particular reason for using half the amount
of something that has generally half the concentration
when the opposite would sound more logical ?
Thanks in advance
Jose
