[compost_tea] Mushroom compost. Snapshot

Thanks for the information about Snapshot and Corn Gluten meal. I've passed=
 this info. on to the daylily fanatics and i think some of them will give S=
napshot a miss.

Is mushroom compost OK for the soil. I'm sure i read somewhere that it can =
be detrimental if used alot.

After 10 days of rain there are some areas in my daylily farm that doesn't =
smell very nice but it was even worst at the nearby golf course. We all kno=
w what's happened to the soil and the composition of the microbes during al=
l this rain don't we?

Dr Elaine is due here in a couple of weeks. I'm trying to persuade our Gree=
nkeeper to attend. Just before the big rains there were millions of dead bl=
ack beetles around the greens - meaning that insecticides were used. Does t=
he applications of compost teas prevent the larval stages of these beetles =
developing and doing damage to the grass roots ?
