have you ever done parellel tests to support this ? And by that I mean
EXACTLY the same starting material , except for inoculation, water temp ,
nutrient , brew timing and shipping ? We all know that there is variability
from batch to batch so I'd like to be able to quantify the effect of
pre-activating.
