We use a 5 gallon bucket and a cadenced count, the human stopwatch method.
10 count at x-pressure equals y-gallons. I've had a number of the metering
devices and they get broke and are every bit as expensive to buy and repair.
Most nozzles have a rated flow at a given pressure, again the count method
works after measuring into a graduated bucket

Subject: [compost_tea] skid sprayer metering system
Does anyone presently use a spray system that incorporates a metering
system? Have been looking and appears costs are going to be in range
of $300 plus. Not a lot of choices and not sure if they would
operate properly with biofilm potential, etc..
Any ideas or directions would be helpful.
Thanks,
