Thanks, Elaine. I'll get things under way tomorrow.
All the composts smell, well, earthy. I never let anything go
anaerobic, turn the hot compost frequently, poke air holes into it,
etc. The finished compost is just sitting there, under cover, being
home to billions of red worms. No bad odors or evidence of anything
yucky.

I let the worm juice drip out from the worm composter as it is
madeand keep it uncovered because I was afraid covering it *might*
make it go anaerobic. What's the best way to use that juice?
