I am not starting a flame here.

I am not ready to say a lower pH makes better fungal teas. I say this becau=
se there is good fungal, just as there are good bacteria all across the spe=
ctrum of pH, within range.I agree fungi do best in lower pH (or do they cre=
ate it?) . However, since we are really only growing the fungi in the tea, =
not "breeding" them, doesn't it make sense that they will do well in a rang=
e of pH as long as there is nutrient for them? We have to make this as eas=
y as possible.

So I guess my question/comment has to do with the range and tolerance of fu=
ngi growth to pH.
