and here I was hoping that someone would tell me why when I use
Lincoln's Outershield Elite (E71T-9) in .045 diameter on my Migmatic
200, even though max amperage is 250 _at_ 28volts, AND, using a 75/25
shielding gas, I still get wormholes? go figure. Now admittingly the
amperage is on the low side, but I compensate with a 300 deg. F.
preheat. And yes , stickout is 1 inch and wire feed speed is 400 fpm.
Should I just break down and by an inverter?
What's this have to do with the list? I'm building a few tea machines ,
all welded construction :-)
