Yes, you are right, it is fun.

Do some testing. Make a couple different brews, trying each on a different
tree. You want brews that are as fungal as possible, but find out which set
of fungi are better as you brew up different fungal species. Read the
suggestions from Jeff Lowenfels, and from James Sottilo about dealing with
fungal brews. James has offered some clear approaches to dealing with
conifer diseases.

The KIS brewers and the EPM brewers both are great for maintaining oxygen
levels. They have excellent documentation of how good their brews can be and
how well fungi grow in their machines. The Alaska Giant and the Bob-o-laters
do a good job too, but we don't have as much data for those machines.
