Re: [compost_tea] Bob makes an offer.

Carol - There are Bob's brewers in 9 states now, Many good reports.  Bob's offers capacity from 20 gallons to 250 gallons all from the one brewer. All it takes is a change of your tank size and a proportional change in the amount of compost and nutrients used.    With 2 + acres you can squeek by on small brewers if you want be making little brews frequently and then apply the minimum and hope it will do some good at 5 gallons per acre.  If you want to do soil drench. or spray trees for insect control or have some left for improving your compost action,  more you may find, is better. In our application business we often applied 50 gallons on a 1/2 acre landscape.  5 gallons on each sick Rhoddie brought them to life.   Extreme flexibility of volume and type ( bacterial - fungal ) makes sense.  You can make as little or much TEA as you find useful in a Bob's system. .

Let me make an offer.  You buy a Bob's, get all the support information we offer gathered from using five Bob's brewers daily to support our applications business for many months.  Information from people like Jeff in Alaska or Seaneen who operates her applications business based on Bob's Brewers on Whidbey Island, Wa   Paul Sachs a garden expert and garden tech writer in Vermont   - and many others  Discover the ease of operation and clean-up, low cost of operation, low first cost and infinite durability.

Get our new recipes that will generate very high bacteria or a balance of bacteria and fungi or  high fungal depending on which recipe you use.  Try Bob's for a season.  If you like it, keep it.  Write  a report that will help all of us support the marvelous work Dr Elaine is doing toward getting agiculture back on Natures exquisite plan.  If you find you do not like it, write me a report that explains what you would want different.  On return of the unit in good condition, and the report,  I will refund your money or I will make the changes you suggest  ( your option ) - if I can - and replace the unit you return with one redesigned to meet your requests.  Carefull now.  If I find your request is not something that I can do or find it not at all workable according to my research I may retain the option of only returning your money or of discussing the changes to find changes that we can agree will meet your wishes and meet the engineering we unde

Hello, all.  I'm looking for a source of compost tea
makers that will work for small scale (2-5 acres)
vegetable growers (there are several of us here in KC
collaborating on figuring out this compost tea
thing...).

I heard about Simplicity, but can't find it on the
web.  One of the local growers bought the Soil Soup
maker, but found out at a talk by Elaine Ingham that
this doesn't produce fungi, so we wanted to do better
research this time around before we buy!

Thanks for your suggestions!
